As the world gets ready to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing, Religion News Service (RNS) offers some interesting facts about some of the early Astronauts and the things they brought to the moon, including their spirituality. After pausing to give thanks Aldrin read from John 15:5: “As Jesus said: I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me, and I in him, will bear much fruit; for you can do nothing without me.”
