Residents of T.O. apartment fire still waiting to return home
Nine months after an electrical fire broke out in the basement of 650 Parliament St. in Toronto, 1500 residents are still unsure of when they will be able to return to their apartments.
As repairs and construction continue, it may be more than a year before they can move back.
